Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”) datagets.ai (the “Site”) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site recognize your browser across page views and visits, and are commonly used to keep a site working properly, remember preferences, and understand how a site is used. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you’re visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by a domain other than the one you’re visiting (for example, a vendor’s analytics or advertising service embedded on the page).

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function (for example, remembering your cookie consent choice). These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics and website-identification: help us understand how visitors use the Site and identify which companies are visiting, through Microsoft Clarity and RB2B (see Sections 3 and 4).
  • Advertising: used by our vendors to associate your visit with other information they hold and to support marketing and retargeting (see Section 5).

3. Microsoft Clarity Cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture behavioral analytics -heatmaps, session replay, clicks, and scrolling -to understand and improve how visitors use the Site. Clarity sets the following cookies. Some are set by Microsoft as the underlying service provider and are shared across Microsoft properties (marked “3rd party” below); we do not use Clarity to link this data to advertising identifiers on our Site.

Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft Clarity’s cookie documentation. Since October 31, 2025, Microsoft requires a valid consent signal before Clarity cookies are set for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland; our cookie-consent banner is configured accordingly.

4. RB2B Cookies

We use RB2B to recognize returning business visitors and match visit activity to company and professional-contact information, as described in our Privacy Policy. RB2B sets only first-party cookies on the Site, as follows:
