Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 24, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies”) datagets.ai (the “Site”) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site recognize your browser across page views and visits, and are commonly used to keep a site working properly, remember preferences, and understand how a site is used. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you’re visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by a domain other than the one you’re visiting (for example, a vendor’s analytics or advertising service embedded on the page).
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function (for example, remembering your cookie consent choice). These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics and website-identification: help us understand how visitors use the Site and identify which companies are visiting, through Microsoft Clarity and RB2B (see Sections 3 and 4).
- Advertising: used by our vendors to associate your visit with other information they hold and to support marketing and retargeting (see Section 5).
3. Microsoft Clarity Cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to capture behavioral analytics -heatmaps, session replay, clicks, and scrolling -to understand and improve how visitors use the Site. Clarity sets the following cookies. Some are set by Microsoft as the underlying service provider and are shared across Microsoft properties (marked “3rd party” below); we do not use Clarity to link this data to advertising identifiers on our Site.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_clck | Microsoft Clarity | Persists a Clarity user ID and preferences unique to this site | 1 year | 1st party |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Connects multiple page views by one user into a single session recording | 1 day | 1st party |
CLID | Microsoft Clarity | Identifies the first time Clarity saw this user on any Clarity site | 1 year | 3rd party |
ANONCHK | Microsoft Clarity | Indicates whether the MUID is transferred to ANID (an advertising cookie); not used to link identities for our Site | 10 min | 3rd party |
MR | Microsoft Clarity | Indicates whether the MUID cookie should be refreshed | 7 days | 3rd party |
MUID | Microsoft | Identifies unique browsers visiting Microsoft sites; used for analytics and, on Microsoft’s properties, advertising | 1 year | 3rd party |
SM | Microsoft | Synchronizes the MUID cookie across Microsoft domains | Session | 3rd party |
Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft Clarity’s cookie documentation. Since October 31, 2025, Microsoft requires a valid consent signal before Clarity cookies are set for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland; our cookie-consent banner is configured accordingly.
4. RB2B Cookies
We use RB2B to recognize returning business visitors and match visit activity to company and professional-contact information, as described in our Privacy Policy. RB2B sets only first-party cookies on the Site, as follows:
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_reb2bgeo | RB2B | Location-based identification and matching | 20 days | 1st party |
_reb2bloaded | RB2B | Prevents duplicate script executions | ~1 sec | 1st party |
_reb2bref | RB2B | Visit attribution (referral tracking) | 15 days | 1st party |
_reb2sessionID | RB2B | Active session management | 30 min | 1st party |
_reb2buid | RB2B | Persistent visitor identification | 360 days | 1st party |
_reb2bfxf | RB2B | Internal identification framework | 1 month | 1st party |
_reb2btd | RB2B | Identity resolution | 1 month | 1st party |

_reb2bresolve | RB2B | Temporary identity-resolution buffer | 2 days | 1st party |
_reb2butk | RB2B | Long-term cross-session identification | 1 year | 1st party |
RB2B states these cookies do not themselves contain personally identifying information and are not affected by browser third-party-cookie restrictions. See RB2B’s cookie disclosure and RB2B’s Privacy Policy for more detail.
