Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

Datagets (“Datagets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information when you visit datagets.ai or any other website that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect -including information collected through tools such as RB2B and Microsoft Clarity -and the choices available to you.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you browse the Site, and information about your organization and professional identity obtained through website visitor identification technology (RB2B), described in Section 1.3.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a form, request a demo, subscribe to updates, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, phone number, and the content of your message.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, including:

  • Device and log data -IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
  • Usage data -pages viewed, links clicked, scroll and mouse movement, time spent on pages, and general navigation patterns.
  • Cookies and similar technologies -cookies, pixels, web beacons, and local storage used to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used. See Section 3 (“Cookies and Tracking Technologies”) for details.

1.3 Website Visitor Identification -RB2B

We use RB2B, a third-party website visitor identification service, to help us recognize business visitors to our Site and understand which companies and professionals are engaging with our content for sales and marketing purposes. RB2B works by matching signals from your browsing session (such as your IP address and device/browser data) against data compiled from RB2B’s partner network to attempt to identify the company and, where available, the individual professional associated with that visit.

Where a match is found, RB2B may provide Datagets with some or all of the following information about a visitor. Not every field is available for every visitor:

  • Full name and job title
  • Business (work) email address, when available
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • General location (city/state)
  • Employer name, company website, industry, employee count, and estimated revenue
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, and time of visit

This identification is based on business/professional signals and publicly or commercially available data -it is not based on your personal social media accounts or content, and RB2B does not provide us with sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or precise geolocation data). RB2B’s matching primarily covers visitors connected to U.S. IP addresses; it is designed to exclude directly identifying information about EU/UK residents. We use the information RB2B provides to prioritize outreach, personalize follow-up communications, and support our sales and marketing efforts -we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Your choices. You can learn more about RB2B’s practices in RB2B’s Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of this type of identification and interest-based advertising generally through the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages, or by contacting us using the details in Section 11 below.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting app.retention.com/optout.

1.4 Session and Behavioral Analytics -Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use and interact with our Site -through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay -so that we can improve and optimize the Site and our products and services. Clarity captures Site usage data using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, page navigation, and approximate device/location information. We configure Clarity to mask or exclude form fields and other content that could reveal sensitive personal information.

Both Datagets and Microsoft collect and use this data. Microsoft’s use of the information is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can find more about Clarity’s data practices, including consent-management options, at Microsoft’s Clarity documentation.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products and services;
  • Identify and prioritize sales leads, and personalize outreach and follow-up communications to companies and individuals who visit our Site;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site, including through heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve navigation, content, and performance;
  • Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send requested information;
  • Send marketing communications, subject to your preferences and applicable law;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers, including RB2B and Microsoft Clarity, use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and collect the usage and identification data described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where available, through the Site’s cookie consent tool. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the availability or functionality of parts of the Site.

For more detail on the specific cookies used, see RB2B’s cookie disclosure and Microsoft’s Clarity cookie documentation, linked in Sections 1.3 and 1.4 above, and our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:

  • Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including RB2B (website visitor identification) and Microsoft (Clarity analytics), as well as hosting, email, CRM, and customer-support providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy terms.

  • Cookie controls -adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use our cookie consent tool where available.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Visitor-identification and analytics data is generally retained only as long as it remains useful for sales, marketing, or product-improvement purposes, and is deleted or de-identified thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Visitors

Datagets is based in [TBD -pending legal review] and primarily serves business audiences. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions outside our home jurisdiction, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country that may have different data protection laws than your own. RB2B’s website-identification service is designed primarily to resolve U.S.-based visitors and to exclude directly identifying information about EU/UK residents; Microsoft Clarity may process data of EU/UK visitors as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to our processing of your personal data, we rely on legitimate interests, consent, or performance of a contract as our legal basis, as applicable, and you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data by contacting us at the details in Section 11.

You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), gives you certain rights over the personal information we collect about you, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion or correction of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising) and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising these rights.

The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1 above and generally include identifiers, professional/employment information, internet or network activity information, and inferences drawn from that information. We use tools such as RB2B and Microsoft Clarity that may constitute “sharing” under the CCPA. To exercise your rights, or to opt out of sharing, contact us using the details in Section 11; we will verify and respond to your request as required by law.
